The Sustainable Business Network of Greater Philadelphia is a nonprofit network of local businesses and social entrepreneurs in the Philadelphia area.
Representing local business professionals, socially concerned entrepreneurs, conscious investors, not-for-profit leaders, and government officials and workers dedicated to creating "a more socially, environmentally, and financially sustainable local economy", the SBN is a founding member of North America's Business Alliance for Local Living Economies (BALLE) which is a national coalition of other local business networks in North America who are creating "living economies" ( an economy that supports both community life and natural life, while sustaining long-term economic viability) in their various regions.
